No — we own all of the lights and equipment. You rent the display for the season. This means no upfront equipment cost, nothing to store in your attic, and nothing to deal with when the season is over. We bring everything and take everything away.

Every home is different, so all of our pricing is custom. We offer a free design consultation where we assess your property and provide a detailed, no-obligation quote. Our services start at $1,500. New customers who accept a quote before September 1st receive 20% off their first year.

We typically begin installations in late October and November, and removal takes place in January. We schedule specific installation and removal windows with you in advance so you always know when to expect us.

We take care of it. Since we own the lights, maintenance is our responsibility. If anything goes out or isn't working properly, contact us and we'll return to fix it promptly — no extra charge.

For the initial consultation and design walkthrough, we prefer you or a designated representative to be present. For the actual installation, we can typically work while you're away — we'll coordinate the details with you in advance.

Yes, absolutely. We are fully insured and — importantly — we have a licensed electrician on every job. This is something many lighting companies cannot offer, and it's something we're proud of. It means your installation is safe, code-compliant, and properly executed.
